So, only MJ can score 50 points against the Spurs? Ok, got it.

yes, or the celtics when healthy, or the pistons from 7 years ago, or any other great defensive team in league history

Well, you said this is the best KD could possibly play against the Spurs. I disagree. We'll see how they come out in game 3.

A prime Kobe (2006 81 Kobe) could score 50 against anyone. That guy was a scoring machine in every sense of the word.

I think Kobe has most points in a game against Spurs in playoffs.

With Kwame Brown and Smush in the starting lineup we would've lost by as many as Kobe scored.
Anyways OKC is really been exposed so far in the first couple of games. Been saying it for awhile I thought it would come back to bite them against the Lakers, but it didn't. Their lack of a low lost scorer was gonna eventually be their downfall. If they aren't getting out in transition they become strictly a jump shooting team. You don't live by jumpers you die by them. The Spurs do rely on jumpers a lot, but they also have a guy that can score in the low post in Tim Duncan. If Russell continues to play awful and take awful shots they should consider moving him for a dominant big. If I was them I'd call the Lakers or Magic and trade Westbrook for Bynum or Howard. Of course they should only do it if Dwight or Drew agree to sign an extension.

Not Bill Walton @NotBillWalton
OKC may have hit the bullies in the mouth when they crushed the Lakers. But now they're sitting in the principal's office, getting schooled.

The Big 3 for the Thunder score 31, 30, 27.....the Spurs miss 12 FTs.....Thunder owned the offensive glass and got several 2nd chance points....Thunder had more steals.....Thunder forced more turnovers and yet the Spurs still win by 9.
