I don't know why but I have this gut feeling that Pool is going to be great for us. Some people were trying to compare him to Elam which may or may not be true/fair but I dunno why I feel like he's going to have a great year with us.

I said after the draft that I thought George Bryan might make this team. That would be a big surprise.

Well... then this is a good time to learn that his last name is Beasley... no 'r', add and 'e'.
I hope he makes it, too.
"The ball ain't heavy."

-Herschel Walker, when asked if he got tired carrying the ball 30 times per game.

Matt Johnson

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Good call with Vickers. I live in NE Ohio & was shocked when the Browns went FB in the draft two years ago and let Vickers walk. He's one of the best all-around FBs in the NFL. He rarely misses a block, adjusts if the scheme breaks down, & is an excellent receiver out of the backfield.

I was VERY excited when I saw we got him. I like a lot of what the 'Boys did in free agency. Carr, Connors, Orton, etc. They solidified many positions that were suspect last season. All in all, I think the sky's the limit this year. Super Bowl or bust. Romo finally gets his ring at the Superdome this year.

Matt Johnson, Coale or Leary.

Claiborne or Carr doing good wouldnt be a surprise or an impact.
