Default JG question

I know this is trivial, so forgive me, but I'm curious about it. I have seen Garrett referred to in a couple of blogs as "JG 5000". Does anybody know what the 5,000 refers to?

I'm pretty sure that's a nickname they gave him for his bland "robotic-like" answers at press conferences. (ex: C-3PO, R2-D2, Alpha 5, JG5000, etc...)
