Hopefully JLO is soon to follow. Out of the potential replacements listed, I don't want to see Jerry Lewis. Sheen would be funny, but what does he know about music?

YAY.

~~TOPLESS HAPPY DANCE~~

Steven was so useless. Never gave a critique, everything was rainbows and teddy bears. BLECH. Like the above poster said, hopefully J.LO is next.

Hearing Mariah Carey is in talks to be judge.

They should get holographic Michael Jackson to replace him.

And WHY would Tyler not have been on tour?

They should just cancel the show. I tried to watch it one time and only last 10 minutes before I figured out it was a waste of electricity.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

Who? Actually I know who that is but I never watch the show. So ... I don't really care.

They don't need to keep churning the judges roster on my account, either. Haven't watched American Idol on TV for years. If I read a story about an AI singer that piques my interest, I check them out online. If a video isn't included in the online story, I go to YouTube and virtually always find what I'm looking for.

And I've found some really entertaining acts on YouTube from other talent shows.... shows like The X Factory, Britain's Got Talent, Australia's Got Talent, etc. ... all of which I can watch the best of whenever I want.

I lost the patience to be able to sit through AI's whole drawn out season-long production. TBH, the show had some appeal to me in the first couple of years, but eventually lost it. Now, with YouTube, let me see the singers I've read or heard about, hear them sing, and move on.

Commercial-free option I much prefer. That way I get to use more of my free time to check back in to places like CowboysZone, for content and people that interest me more.

Man, I talked YT up way too much... like I'm an unpaid spokesman for them or something. LOL. There, I gave back for what I get from them. I'll look at it that way.

Not much of a loss, really. He was entertaining his first season, but last year you could tell he was bored with it.

I have friends that are devoted fans of AI & I always just think to each his own. I don't like it mainly because people get their dreams crushed on there. Most are not worthy of being recording artists but still..
