Default BTB: the Mad Bomber

I thought I had heard the whole story but I had not heard that part about Roger working Longley over before the sucker punch. Just goes to show you that you sometimes never know the whole story even if you think you do.

Props to Roger for standing up for Drew. It is no surprise that Clint, after getting the crap beat out of him, sucker punched Roger. Probably the only hit "Bugs Bunny teeth" got on Staubach that day

Yeah, the whole story was Longley was a coward who could not beat out Roger on the field, and could not beat Roger up in a fair fight, and sucker punched him. THAT = COWARD!!

...and yes, I knew the whole story before this was posted.

usually anything about Roger I go over carefully; must have thought it was the same old rehash that has been out in public for so long.

Frankly I am surprised Longley had the stones to face Roger in any way.

As regards longley I seem to recall he is not as bad off now as that article made him look at that time. Thought I read something a year or so ago on him. Will look around and see what I can find.

Yeah he had the stones to face him, but after his beat down, he took the cowards way out by sucker punching Roger. He should have challenged him to a rematch, and gotten beat again...but no.....
