What would it take for you trade AOA?
So a friend and I got into the typical sports discussion, starting with the "Romo sucks-no he doesn't" banter (me supporting the latter) and then segueing to the defense...and ultimately we ended up discussing AOA for a good while.
The man never got his fair shot here, and I told mi amigo that he is basically a 4th round pick all over again..and that I wouldn't trade him for even a high 4th.
Cut to the chase, my friend thinks I am an ignoramus and if a team calls offering a 7th for him, he'd take it and run...stating that he's not even worth a 7th.
What do yall think? Am I delusional? Share your thoughts...

AOA is camp fodder.
I'd trade him for a bag of funyuns and a foot massage.

Trade value?
For a guy who's been cut as often as he has been?
He's just about worthless IMO.

Take the 7th and run.
The guy has 0 football instincts. He's just not a football player. He's an athlete.

He is "replacement level", meaning you can find someone on the street right now with about the same value.
AKA: You should DEFINITELY take a 7th for him.

I'd take any draft choice for the guy, without hesitation.

If you wouldn't trade him for a high 4th, yes you are delusional.

The Raiders still exist, my friend. They gave a third round pick for that QB from Ohio State.
MY predicted 2013 starting five OL as of 4/26/2013:
LT-Smith LG-Livings C-Frederick RG-Moore RT-Parnell
Prediction: 10-6: Wild Card playoff spot.
