Default I will be COMPLETLY ticked off if...

We trade out of the first round.

We were bad last year, we need PLAYMAKERS!!! Parcells will probably trade for a first next year.

Whats the point in having 2 firsts if you put them off to next year!

No, parcells will trade down from 20 and get a 3rd. Big whoop, 2 firsts > 1 first and 1 3rd.

Everyone is trying to trade up, while we are going down

I hate this mentallity!

dont forget with that trade we get rid of one Need DE, iunderstnad but Number 11 can still give us a playmaker.Inthis weak draft, your not gonna find alot of playmakers, its alot of maybe around all these guys

Not everyone is trying to trade up. Obviously some are trying to trade down. YOu have to have a dancing partner to do the tango ya know? But I agree with the sentiment. I would like to stay unless we get a Howard or Abraham for our second first rounder.

Most reports show teams looking to trade down...

Everyone expects him to trade down, I wouldnt be suprised if he traded up for Williams or Edwards and suprised everyone, he likes big time wrs, and he knows bledsoe needs one, terry glenn and keyshaw are examples of him taking wrs high in draft.

I would gladly trade out of the first with one of our picks this year, if it meant picking up another first rounder in next year's draft, which shapes up to have much better talent at the top.

Yeah. Here's a good rule of thumb.

Look at what the Redskins are doing, and do the opposite.

Should work everytime.

You're not trading out of the first round you're getting bonafide/proven pass rusher at essentially the #20 spot while GAINING a 3rd round choice in the 80 something range.

If you don't see the logic in that.............

If the Cowboys get Merriman or Ware at #11 and then trade #20 for a second and a #1 next season it would be a start of a great draft.

I would do that every year if there isn't a dominant type player at the pick.

I hope that this is a trade down from 11 to get a proven DE and maybe even a 1st in 06 to go with a lower pick. I'm good with that.

Terry Glenn was taken against his wishes and Keyshawn was drafted before he got to NY. This is the exact opposite of what he likes. Parcells likes to find quality receivers in the 2nd-3rd round. To my knowledge, he has never willingly drafted a WR in the first...

Hello, we did it last year, but I guess Julius is not a playmaker.

There are not a lot of playmakers available this one is a meat and potato draft.

2 firsts in 2006 would be a GREAT MOVE, IMO.
