Definitely not in season. After season will depend on what happens this season.

0%. He's not being graded by wins and losses.
We need wins, and that's all we need. I don't give a damn about anyone on this roster over wins. I'd trade Ware, Lee and Dez if it meant more wins.

Slim to none and slim is out of town.
Craig
Chicago thought they had a QB in Rex Grossman, Carolina had faith in Jake Delhomme. What does this have to do with the Dallas Cowboys? It just might mean that Tony Romo isn't what we thought and we may have to move forward without him.

I think thats what happens. He gets stripped of playcalling, and throws Romo under the bus for a couple seasons of offensive ineptitude. Just enough to save his job and give Jerry one more last ditch chance to look like a genius.

Nope. The way things are going he'll be co-gm next year and NFL commish the year after that.

When you want to win a game, you have to teach. When you lose a game, you have to learn.

Jerry realizes things are not good with the fan base. He is a salesman at the end of the day and he will make a change if it makes his product tremendously easier to sell.
The fan base is as disgruntled as we have seen in quite some time. Perhaps since Campo's reign.

You mean the same fan base that has been screaming for a GM since the 1990's. Jerry doesn't care what the fans want, he will make small changes to please some of them.
I don't think there is a chance in Texas that Garrett gets fired.

None during the season. 5-11 record or they quit on him to get him fired after the season. Option three is season ticket holders and sponsors start to bail.

JG is safe, but JJ's Depends may not be.
Dez Bryant, Receiver. A man who's season is over. Gentlemen, the Cowboy's staff can rebuild him. We have the technology. We have the capability to make the world's first super human receiver.
Dez Bryant will be that man. Better than he was before. Better.... Stronger..... Faster......

Perhaps if more dramatic mistakes are made. Unlikely though.

If we flatline this year, I think he's gone at season's end.
If we go middle of the pack, I think he gets until middle or early part of next season. He will be fired in mid season next year if things continue.

Kiss of death is when the owner says the Head Coach is not going anywhere. I have seen so many coaches fired soon after the owner or GM makes this claim.
As I mentioned there is always a chance a coach can get fired if things just go competely down the tubes and players just quit on them. Outside of that you hire a HC at least be smart enough to give him the time to do the job. If you are not willing to do that then you are just wasting your time.
