Default Carl Nicks done for the year

Dave Richard ‏@daverichard
ESPN reports Bucs OL Carl Nicks is out for the year with a left toe injury. That could sting the Bucs' Fantasy numbers a little.

The only upside to him not coming to Dallas

Obviously nobody knows for sure what would have happened if he came to Dallas but it is a little eerie that both Nicks and DeCastro, the two binkies of the fix-the-trenches crowd, both went down. Sucks but that's why you need good salary cap guys in today's NFL, so that you can have quality depth on board.

Well, if I had my way and DeCastro and Nicks were acquired then both got injured I'd be in the Witness Protection Program.

Well we have had 3 centers go down before the season started

Naggy down, Killer down, and then Costa went down. Finally came back and went down again.

With are luck this year I would say yes
