I keep hearing this urban legend, but I have seen no proof of this. Do you have any?

And, the fact that he has a radio show and has been much more visible with the franchise in terms of interviews leads me to believe the opposite.

I actually think he does. He doesn't seem like the type of guy who craves to be the center of attention like Jerry.

Who’s to blame for the Cowboys’ 3-5 record? Jerry Jones is the easiest target because he’s the owner and general manager. Jason Garrett doesn’t fall too far down that list and Tony Romo usually comes next.

The Cowboys executive vice president certainly deserves some blame, and he pointed that out Wednesday during his weekly radio interview.

Stephen, please, you don't know what you're talking about. You dont' work there. You're not close to the situation. You're not in the decision making process. You don't know how Jerry operates... it's all his fault..

wait...

nevermind..

We shall see.

I'd be willing to bet he will initially operate as his own GM. Then maybe after years of similar failure he'll bring someone else in.

That's just my opinion on it.

We'll settle this with a good dust up.

With junior having to step up,I'm thinking the pressure might be starting to get to daddy.
We tell the team we have to move on from success" JG Oh how they have done that.

I know that when we do not have the kind of success, when we don't have expectations lived up to, the one that should get the most heat is the one that ultimately makes the decisions, period, with the Dallas Cowboys. And that's me."
