Those miracle plays changed our offensive mindset so you can't be sure we wouldn't have scored again if we were really trying to. After all, the rally was started by Romo to Dez.

Not saying our D is this good, but how many games have the Bears won this year cause of miraculous defensive and special teams play.

All we can do is hope they can start making some of those plays that they really haven't been making all season long. I have my doubts with some of these guys, but teams have won with less.

No we're not magically cured, but it's about damn time the D and ST stepped up and made the type of big plays that directly help get wins. I was beginning to think they thought it was against the rules to score with those two units.

BTW, if we're keeping score, we only needed one of the 3 TD's you referenced.

We can win or lose any game we play if we continue to play in general like the previous games. While the ST and D scores count, the fact is we are scoring about 18 per and that is going to cause problems winning consistently in this league. And that is the first game we've really gotten a significant amt of TOs. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Dallas is scoring 20.9 points per game.

Now deduct the three touchdowns from the eagles game and factor in what they really score.

Under 20 a game ain't gonna get it.

regardless of the opponent.

Either they come up on the offensive end, or all the sudden hope some have will again be squashed.

There are at least four losses I personally see on this schedule.

I also do not believe Dallas would have won if Vick finished.

This is just one in a number of seasons that are not great and not bad. Just so-so.

I remember the Dallas Cowboys from the early 1960's growing up as a fan in San Angelo, Texas. We lived for Cowboys football on Sundays. Too bad this team is a shadow of itself over the last 18 years. I now feel like a Saints fan all those years when they had to wear sacks over their heads when they went to games.

This team needs some serious upgrades on OL and DL until then they are a 7 or 8 win team tops.
