So what is truly you're point here?

Jerry shouldn't be GM? Or a GM should not have a copy of the playcard? Kind of came across as the latter.

Why would a GM need the play charts? Coaches coach, GMs don't!

I've never seen or heard of a GM ever doing that.

But, in fairness, there haven't been many completely insane owners in the league.

Guess who evaluates, hires & fires the head coach in Dallas? Doesn't seem outrageous to me that he might have a play chart.

Questioning whether Jerry SHOULD be the GM is fair game. But its been established for a long, long, time that whether he should be, or anyone likes it, he is, and will be.

What's worse is that in his "man cave" booth in the stadium (which you can visit on the stadium tour) he has a phone in the cave that has speed dial button to "Home Coaches" and "Home Sideline".... And NO I'm not kidding. I have a picture of it on my phone...

I saw the laminated sheet Jerry had.

Was it really the play card? I mean, does anybody have a screen shot where we can see it truely is the same play card the coaches have?

But if this the case, I would give him a "dummy" play card instead of the one the coaches use. Maybe this is what happened since Jerry and Steven were looking at it trying to find something that wasn't there.

Again, why would he need a play chart?

If I'm not mistaken I've seen Mickey Loomis holding one before.

He listens in and there where rumors he was listening to the other side as well

I'm kind of lost to why this is a problem?

I think we'd be better of if Jerry really were calling the plays.

I think we'd be better off if Mr. Jones sold the team.
