I am thrilled I get to see the game as planned at home, w/o having to go to a loud sports bar ! Wahoo !

It's a game between two teams who have slim playoffs hopes

Exactly right.

Love 'em or hate 'em, the Cowboys draw like nobody else.

I remember a Monday Night game with the winless Cowboys against the winless Redekins absolutely thrashing playoff baseball.

Or they probably see us beating the Deadskins and being in the playoff hunt.

Again, what does that have to do with anything? The cowboys get the highest ratings and NBC is a business.

I hate when the games are primetime. I prefer the morning slot. Why would you want to wait longer to see a game?

I'll take any primetime games I get/ thanksgiving or stand alone games because I don't live in the Dallas market..

That said, looking at the scheduale, I'd likely get the game anyway if it was flexed back since the Giants play Monday that week.

Also funny how The Cowboys have such slim playoff hopes yet they could be leading the divison going into week 13

The game is not prime time material. Just being honest

I hate night games because my son has skating and I usually end up seeing part of the game at the rink instead of watching it all at home without knowing the score (I often PVR and watch later, no commercials etc)

Yep, an NBC executive was asked last week about flexing this game and his quote was, "Not in a million years." Remember, there might be implications to the Giants that involves that whole northeast corridor market along with the Cowboys makes it a stone cold lock.

Look no further than the LA market to see the continued draw of the Cowboys. With the ability to show any game in the NFL on Sunday they chose Cleveland/Dallas.

That's fine but considering the games besides the Peyton Manning draw, not alot of ratings draw matchups..

if it was me and Big Ben was healthy, I'd put Steelers/Ravens on SNF but he's not.

No one cares about Seahawks and Bears.. good for purists but meh they have zero cache.

It's a victory lap game for Reid and a chance for them to speculate for 3 hours where he'll be coaching next year, and what will happen to Vick beyond 2012. Oh and to go over the Jim Carey Dumb and Dumber saying there is a chance scenario that Dallas gets in the playoffs. Great prime time drama.
