Nice clip. That's just the last 3 games you have on here - both of our previous ILBs didn't make that many major plays in a single season combined that would be highlight worthy.

It really likes like they hit a homerun with the Carter pick and I have no issue with them deciding to extend him at the end of the season. This should be our #1 priority and way ahead of anything to do with Spencer or Lee.

I love this guy. Him and Lee next to each other is gonna be awesome. My next jersey is gonna be Bruce's.

Can't believe all the other GMs passed on him.

Some players you watch and think to yourself...yeah, he's pretty good. Others disappoint. Fewer impress. But then there is the occational player you watch and come away thinking holy crap....that guy is unbelievable. You just know that he's going to be a huge star and a perennial stud for years to come.

That's how I feel about Bruce Carter.

Not gonna lie, I feel the very same way about Carter. After reading his size and strength stats I was impressed. After reading he had been timed @ 4.39 and lower while at NC I was floored.
However, I see that his tackle number was much lower than I expected. I really want to see him make some game changing plays, like a key sack or pick-6.

I know its coming.

I think I can speak for a majority here when I say Sean Lee was considered our best defender..Well don't look now but Bruce Carter is gaining ground and fast.

May he add to his legend today.

I still remember when we took him how foolish it was. He was a 4-3 OLB not a 3-4 ILB. I still remember the declarations of his makeup being glass. I still remember the feedback when I posted that he was going to step up and be our leader.

Some will eat turkey today. Some should eat crow.

Here's a good stat on Carter.

He's got as many tackles for loss this year as Sean Lee, Anthony Spencer and DeMarcus Ware combined.

We'll settle this with a good dust up.
