I firmly believe that was never the intent.

The intent was to get people talking about the subject of the fans not being happy with the Jerry Jones Cowboys.

If that is the case the guy is an even bigger doosh. Yea, let's attempt to waste the president and government's time and resources with a fabricated request that is not the actual intent of the request itself.
