Very few changes will be made as it stands now. If we got lucky and ended up 10-6 without making the playoffs, NOTHING would change.

Changes need to be made regardless. A playoff win is the only thing that would change my mind and thats only because i'd feel obligated to. I still think Garrett sucks and he doesn't give us any advantages as a coach or coordinator.

If this team is relatively healthy I agree that making the playoffs is a disappoinment. But how many teams lose the number 1 RB, Number 1 WR, Number 2 WR, A couple starting offensive linemen, starting DT, backup DT, starting DE, 2 or 3 starting LBs? Starting safety, and now a starting corner. And a nickel DB in Scandrick that was more or less a starter. I'm sure I missed some others but this is getting beyond ridiculous. Winning 7 games is an accomplishment with this team.
