Someone, I don't remember who but it might have been the police chief, said something along these lines in an article. Basically stated that some who have served their time might still need to be in an institution.

Headed to the "wake" tomorrow night. They are having the wake for both murdered firefighters at the Schroeder High School in Webster. I'm not looking forward to it as I'm sure it is going to be awful.
