She was drunk, at that point her intentions don't matter. A drunk girl cannot consent. Did she intend to invite them up before she got drunk? You shouldn't run your mouth when you don't know the facts.

Fact of life, drunk women are protected against date rape no matter if the male is intoxicated. Date rape was a huge issue when I was in the military, we were constantly told if she is drunk make sure she gets home safe and say goodnight at the door. I rally don't think either player has malicious intent but they have to know better and protect themselves.

At the very least these dumb players put themselves in a compromising situation where they could be accused, they may be falsely accused, but because they put themselves in unchivalrous circumstances they left themselves open to lewd and even criminal accusations.

It could well end up like the Duke Lacrosse team, but all the same shame on them for putting themselves in the situation to begin with.

In public opinion guilty before proven innocent is the way of life. Big Ben was never found guilty but many on this forum still call him a rapist. I find it funny how the opinion changes when it is a local boy playing QB at UT.
