I would luv to have Norv as OC and playcaller, he would also do wonders for Romo. He's one of if not the best OC's in the league. Forget the old school retread crap some of these fans are complaining about, Norv knows his stuff as a OC. He would be great for our offense and we would finally see the ball go downfield often too.

Is Don Coryell still available?

Please no more retreads from the glory years. I want someone with fresh ideas.

We could Paraphrase the same "Leave Sean Payton in New Orleans where he belongs" (and is Re-Signed).

Norv would bring a balance to the offense.

No doubt, and Dez wouldn't vanish throughout the game. Norv would get the rock to him.

Norv (Droopy) Turner not many coaches have made more stops around the league than him. Anytime there's an opening anywhere his name always comes up.

He runs the same bloody system as Garrett which is NOT a fit for Romo. What did Norv do to help Rivers get over his Romoitis? Nothing...Rivers has been turrible.

I would honestly rather just run Callahan's west coast offense.

Garrett has to go.
