let that sink in for a bit

NFL.com's Albert Breer asked James, who spent nine years in Dallas, what the difference is between playing for the Texans and playing for the Cowboys.
"It's the organization as a whole, and that starts with ( Texans owner) Bob McNair and his approach," James said Wednesday in Detroit. "He's not on TV every week. I mean, it is what it is. He's around, and it starts with that guy. With the owner, that trickles down to everyone, from the players to the equipment manager. You really gotta see it to believe it."

His defense has faded down the stretch as well and starting to back slide

Good for him. He's always been a good DC. Never a good HC.
We tell the team we have to move on from success" JG Oh how they have done that.
I know that when we do not have the kind of success, when we don't have expectations lived up to, the one that should get the most heat is the one that ultimately makes the decisions, period, with the Dallas Cowboys. And that's me."

Wow, didn't realize Wade Phillips was a HC. Have I been under a rock?

So has Mike Zimmer, who I really hope gets a head coaching job this year. I think this year he'll at least have a good chance.

Meaning that our franchise and fans that support it are where they belong. Out of the playoffs. Meanwhile, these guys we yapped bad about, are all of a sudden having success.
I wonder why?

Wade was a bad HC not just in Dallas but 3 other stops before. He is a good DC that has never been a debate.

Wade = bad head coach, good DC
The reason our defense was terrible in 2010 was the lack of talent. The 2012 edition of the Cowboys only started 4 of the 11 starters on that 2010 team.
Give Wade a JJ Watt and he looks like a good DC. Give him an Igor Olshansky and he does not.

Wade Phillips and Mike Zimmer both hated by Dallas fans went on to have decent post Dallas careers. Good for them.
Like Brady James said- " It is what it is"
People need to give respect when it's due..It's the honorable thing to do.
