What's really funny is Sherman's post game account of what happened is 100% accurate

Sherman said he was just trying to shake Williams' hand after the game, but the postgame taunting is an example of just how skilled the cornerback has become at burrowing underneath an adversary's skin.

Look at the video. When Sherman turned and saw Trent he was smiling ready to extend a hand.

Its a cowards way. He started it...Trent just wanted to finish it, but Sherman was looking to GET OUT OF DODGE after the mean smack to his grille.

Well he was mic'd up and that probably had alot to do with this spectacle. I think Trent was pissed because he was talking all game...and there were some cheap shots to Alfred Morris in the piles.

Was a stupid play on behalf of Williams. Not only will he be getting a lighter pay check but he will likely be missing some games next year. That's not smart. Your QB will be coming back off injury and you will be doing what?

I don't like Richard Sherman but he is a very good player. I am not shocked that he baited Williams either but at the end of the day, that was a dumb play by Williams.

Who cares about being "smart"? What are you the feelings patrol? The game was over and Sherman had more to say and so did Williams as it appeared and Williams did what he did. I have no problem w/ that at all. I would want any Cowboy player to do the same damn thing.

I just got a justbob PM saying that calling you all clowns was uncalled for and crossing "the line".

I am deeply sorry for any ill will you might have felt from my "clowns" comment. I was never in a situation where I should have called you guys "clowns". It appears CBZ takes "clowns" as name calling and it seems I broke a very serious site rule and for that I probably should be punished far more than warned, though I hope not. I truly try to be a productive member of this site. Been here a very very long time.

Sherman is great. Called out Brady and beat him too. And if a playoff game is considered a "big game" then I'd say Sherman did something. He completely shut down his side of the field vs. the Redskins. They barely even threw his way

I said he was a good player, but this so-called "swagger" that people attribute these magical and mystical properties to amounts to zilch when it comes to the W's and L's. Just like Michael Irvin's "fiery leadership" couldn't make the players around him any better from 1995 onward, Sherman's "swagger" doesn't amount to crap when it comes to overcoming Tavaris Jackson as his Qb. The only thing that matters is being good at playing football around other people who are good at playing football. The trashtalking is utterly meaningless.
