Default If Dallas hires DC inhouse...

What was the point in firing Rob? Hell i still dont see why any of the coaches on def are still in Dallas if they didnt like the def. This all plays into the whole scapegoat claim.

I actually think Jerry should just clean house.

From what I read, that may be the plan. One can only hope.
Step aside for the Cowboys from Hell!!!!!

What started this thread off? Any suggestion we're hiring from in-house? Is this an Eberflus thing?
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

I'd like to know as well. Never heard anything to indicate this.

It seems like one of those things where you get an idea in your head, and then go back and forth on it internally until you get the mistaken idea that it was an actual debate, and then go and create a thread to refute the point you decided to disagree with in the end. Or is it just me that does that?

If you were going to promote from within I don't think that there would be any need, for any of the current staff, to re-interview. What would be the point? Think about it. An internal candidate would know exactly who he wanted to retain and who would be expendable without any interview process.

Craig
Chicago thought they had a QB in Rex Grossman, Carolina had faith in Jake Delhomme. What does this have to do with the Dallas Cowboys? It just might mean that Tony Romo isn't what we thought and we may have to move forward without him.

there is not even the slightest possibilty.....the OP simply created a worst case scenario, made thread about it so the lynch mob could continue their witch hunt...
