Dallas already sweeping up a UFA
His name is tyson thompson RB from from San Jose State. At personal workouts for teams over the last few weeks, he ran the 40 in 4.17 and 4.16. That is not a typo, i said 4.16. He will probably be used as a kick/punt returner.
Edit: 6'0" 200lbs and catches well, so could also be used as a third down back or maybe we'll try to convert him to an H-back or slot receiver.
The article is on Ranch Report if someone has access.

Here's the scouting report on him....
Strengths: Has excellent speed, shows a second gear in the open field and is capable of going the distance when gets a seam. Shows good change of direction skills and has the elusiveness to make defenders miss, has good lateral mobility is capable of cutting back when the opportunity presents itself. Possesses good lateral mobility and can bounce runs outside after starting inside. Runs with adequate balance and flashes the ability to pick up yards after contact. Is capable of turning the short gain into the big play and runs screens fairly well.
Weaknesses: Lacks ideal bulk for height, he isn't going to wear defenses down over the course of the game and may never develop into an every-down back. Doesn't have ideal lower body strength, won't consistently push the pile and isn't a great short-yardage runner. There are rumors questioned coaching staff at San Jose State and while the charges were eventually dropped arrested for suspicion of stealing weights from high school so character is a concern. Despite playing just one year at the Division I-A level turns 24 this year and upside is somewhat limited as a result. Lacks ideal experience and is raw. Will be 24 years old in May, 2005.
Overall: Thompson graduated in from high school in 1999 and he enrolled at TCU but he was unable to pass the entrance exam. He spent that season and the 2000 season out of football. Thompson enrolled at Garden City Community College in Kansas in the spring of 2001. He rushed for 380 yards on 82 carries and recorded four touchdowns that year. Thompson rushed for 1,063 yards on 159 carries and recorded twelve touchdowns in 2002. While he transferred to San Jose State in 2003, he didn't become academically eligible until the 2004 season. Thompson rushed 811 yards and five touchdowns on 151 carries last year. He also caught sixteen passes for 231 yards and two touchdowns. Thompson is a free agent prospect that will turn 24 years old in May. He has great speed and good elusiveness but he doesn't have great size or power, and he will never be more than a change-of-pace back in the NFL even if he catches on with a team and reaches his full potential.

According to who? the guy who ran it? There is so much room for human error in a time like that.

He sounds like....Aveion Cason. (*yawn*)
How's he at catching passes? Could he be moved to the slot eventually (after stints in the PS and NFLE).
