Pro Bowl caliber player = Yes.
Actual Pro Bowl player = Not required, IMO.
There are 4 starting OT spots in the Pro Bowl and 2 on the All-Pro team. With 32 LTs and 64 total OTs in the league, Tyron Smith does not need to actually make either team in order to give the Cowboys what they need.
