Well the easy answer is Claiborne, we traded up to 6 to get him and were hoping he'd be an elite game changer. He has the ability to be that ball hawking turnover machine, and playing more zone under kiffin should allow him to make more plays.

He was a big part of that first Ravens SB team.

Mo Claiborne should improve and I hope we see some of that playmaking skill come out next year under Kiffen's tutelage. Mixing in some zone and giving some safety support so CBs can take some chances are what he really needs to shine. He doesn't have the skills to be a shutdown Revis or Deion type of CB. I was hoping he was going to be more like Asante Samuel with the ballhawking but much better in man coverage. I really want this kid to become an All-Pro type player so the defense can take that next step to dominance.

I look for Tyron Smith to come into his own as he is maturing and developing

If Tyrone doesn't develop into a Pro-Bowl / All-Pro player in 2013, it's going to be a major disappointment. The Cowboys need him to become the dominant player they thought they were getting with a Top 10 draft pick.

And yet it was still one character longer than it should have been.

I say (I hope) Matt Johnson.

I think Harris already "broke out" in the latter part of this past season so he's off my table.

I'm hoping it's our head coach that has the break out season.

Everything else will be impacted if that happens.

Pro Bowl caliber player = Yes.

Actual Pro Bowl player = Not required, IMO.

There are 4 starting OT spots in the Pro Bowl and 2 on the All-Pro team. With 32 LTs and 64 total OTs in the league, Tyron Smith does not need to actually make either team in order to give the Cowboys what they need.

Little Ball of Hate

Crawford, MO and more Carter...hopefully our first 3 draft picks for 2013 as well.

Holding out hope Matt Johnson somehow can stay healthy!
