If these "bandwagon fans" make you miserable because they don't like the decisions being made or the ones making, try being a Browns or Jags fan. They expect losing and have low expectations so you would have much in common with them. Why would you post on a board that makes you miserable? I have heard that they have sunshine boards that you should like much more. To say that any of the posters on this board are not true fans is a little arrogant. I have been a fan for 40 years. That is a long time to ride a band wagon don't you think? I am much like many posters, fed up with average/below average results. Some of us don't drink the kool-aid and don't mind stating our opinion. That is what these boards are for, or maybe not.

There is nothing wrong with stating an opinion wheather it is positive or negative. I agree that the Jerry sucks and Garrett sucks posts get old. The very least that a poster can do is to give the reason for that opinion. The same goes for the other side. If you think Garrett is great, be prepared to defend that opinion considering the current state of the team. One thing that would make everybody happy is the team winning. All posters would agree with that.

Why did the "your record is what you say you are" not apply in 2003 when allegedly we sucked our way to a playoff berth, or 2007 when we were 13-3?
"Since we will never see each other again, is there any question you would like to ask me"...

Oh, it did. Case in point - the 13-3 season. We were a stat champ. Hooray!

Led by a stat champ QB. Huzzah! Huzzah! Huzzah!

so campo did more with less ? 5-10 with no qb and a busted roster ?? I wonder what he would have done with a better team. I remember watching hard knocks then he was a god coach but he had a team full of nobodies

I disagree. The talent wasn't terrible on those 5-11 teams. We simply did not have a QB worth mentioning.

Though, Drew Brees was available had we not traded away those picks for Joey Gallowaste.

A good QB would have engineered about 3 more wins from those teams. Hmmm ... kinda reminds me of our current team. Basically, we're probably the same talent as those 5-11 teams ... but with a better QB.
