Jason Ferguson on the Ticket
Jason Ferguson on the ticket said pretty much all 3-4 from what he's heard.

They just had Jason Ferguson on the Ticket. They asked him what's the word, 4-3 or 3-4?
He said "from what I hear, it's definitely gonna be the 3-4."
Ticket: "Full time?"
Ferguson: "Full time."
I have signatures turned off.
SIG PIC THANKS TO JUKE!

That was the only football type part, he said it really matter of fact and that's that. He did say how everyone was chomping at the bit and ready for TC. The guy giggles all the time.
He said Parcells will be on him about his weight, said he was on him about his weight when he was a rookie and even used the same jokes that he's using on Spears now.
Said the Dline cracks jokes on each other the whole time, building relationships etc. Said Glover broke the ice that way.

Nors-haters are meeting at this very moment furiously planning their spin on this interview.
As for Nors? He hyperventilated at the news and knocked himself out on his coffee table.

And so the first shot is fired in the spin war
Nice set up for the rest of the 3-4 haters to follow through on though.

I'm not a hater but it would make sense that the only defense they are practising is the 3-4 because it's new and they already know the 4-3.

My spin meter is going crazy.
(1) They knew the 4-3 well enough to rank 16th in total defense last year. Sure....they don't need to practice it.
(2) We have a new DT and 3 rookies slated to play a major role in the front 7 this year.....ummm....help me understand how they would not need to practice the 4-3.

Couldn't agree more.
After FA and the draft I figured we would run the 3-4 at least 75%.
