Sure you can use your speed. You can get it back, but if you put on too much muscle weight in an offseason, youll lose some speed and quickness.

You guys are way too quick in starting to panick. The 1st time Ware gets out here and you guys are worried. He'll be fine. Reports out of the ranch are that he is whicked fast, and that he's going to be special. Let him adjust from playing at Troy State to playng with Hotel

See Dis! I got boalls! Fahgettaboutit!

I've always thought that going against a talented player in practice, especially in camp when the drills are full-speed at times, is a very underrated factor for improving a team. Any time a young player sees a better player in practice than he will see most Sundays, that has to help his development.

Yeah, but so is Terence Newman. The point being Ware plays a position that Flo will actually compete against thus the question, as he matches up with Ware on a consistent basis, will Flo get any better?

Ware had an impressive strength show in regards to the weight room...

Questioning him at this point is premature... give the kid a chance... his strength is not in question... his size is... and at 22, he will get bigger as he matures...

Ware and Flo will both benefit each other...

Yeah, he had the speed to make plays sideline to sideline, but he was never considered a pass rushing specialist. It's been a long time since we had a LB'er who could get after a QB play after play.
