I'd be more excited if Take 2 was putting out an ESPN NFL 2k6 for the Xbox 360.

as for Bledsoe, I dont recall seeing anyone say he cant read defenses...as for the fumbles comment, Bledsoe has 103 fumbles (total, not lost) in 172 career games...Kurt Warner has 49 in 63 games and has actually averaged more than one fumble a game for his last 3 seasons...superman Vick has 35 fumbles in 43 career games, your hero the Q-crapper has 22 in 38 games...Byron Leftwich has 16 in 29 games...Steve McNair has 77 in 125 games, David Carr has 35 in 44 games, Kyle Boller has 20 in 27 games, Jake DelHomme has 28 in 38 games, Kerry Collins 108 fumbles in 137 games, Daunte Culpepper has 76 fumbles in 74 games (thats more than one a game)...do all these QB's also struggle to read defenses or hold onto the ball too long?

Nice job David. Nice job.
AS: Cowboys ice their own kicker in 19-13 OT loss

“That is one of the luxuries of my position as owner as well as the ultimate decision maker, general manager and president – I can do that and take the losses and come back for more,” Jones said.

God help us...............

I think the keys to Bledsoe's season are Jason Witten and receiving skills of the backs. Historically, Bledsoe has had his best seasons with quality receivers in these roles. His numbers declined as these positions got worse(particularly in Buffalo when Pass replaced Centers and Riemersma left fo Pitt).

Bledsoe is a QB who needs players around him. It remains to be seen if the Dallas lineup will be good enough.

Do you really believe none of Bledsoe's other coaches chided him about holding the ball too long or fumbling too much. He holds the ball too long because he struggles to read defenses and fumbles because he lacks good pocket presence.BP can't fix those things because Bledsoe should have learned them by now if was capable of doing it. I don't understand why people sugar-coat the obvious weaknesses of Bledsoe just because he is a pocket passer and hate on McNabb,Vick and others who win games, no matter what hand they've been dealt.
2 things here. If you trusted Vinny at all your an idiot. That guy was bad. He was rattled, he did not hold the ball too long, he threw it to the other team just as fast as he saw that 1st rusher. If any of the two could not read a Defense, it was Vinny.

2nd point. Your hate on other QBs senario is inaccurate. First of all, sure the QBs mentioned wins 10-11 games a year, but not alone. they have help. Bledsoe now has help too. I dont know if he ever had as much talent around him as he will have this coming year. 2ndly. What have they ever won. 11 games a year and out of the playoffs, coming home empty handed.

Pple hate Mcflabb for a number of reasons. hes a good QB, plays for the wrong team. Eagirls will never get much respect in a cowboys forum. Vick flat out sucks. Servicable as a QB but wants to hot dog too much. Does not trust his players around him (maybe for good reason, the falcons pretty much suck as a team). He sees himself as bigger then the team, the game and more important then the fans.

If you dont know why pple hate on these guys, your not a true fan of the NFL. You certainly aren't a homer for the boys either if you cant figure that out. If your a casual fan interested in why we hate on these guys, watch em for a year and tell me you would take McFlabb or Vick over Culpepper, Leftwich, old man rivers in GB or even Bledsoe.
Step aside for the Cowboys from Hell!!!!!

Obviously, I'm stoked about the FAs & the best draft in the last 12 years, at least.

What is really beginning to show through, however, is how the veterans have taken to the off-season workout program. It seems like over half the team came back stronger, bigger, and faster than last year! That is exciting. Quincy Morgan, who played for the Browns the past few years, credits strength & conditioning coach Joe Juraszek for his increased size & speed. Many of the other players give Juraszek's aggressive training props for helping them improve.:strongarm

It just goes to show that these days in the NFL, you can't leave any stone unturned. Parcells went out & got what I think is the best conditioning coach in the business to take his players to another level. I have never seen this many players come back the next year so much stronger & bigger than the year before on ANY team! I also believe injuries will be fewer than in the past, due to the players coming back in better condition.

Larry Allen is just one example. I think because he was hurt two years ago, and Parcells got on him, he balked at the conditioning program, (and anything else Parcells said). Once he saw the progress of some of the other players, however, he sold into the program & is in better shape than he's been in in years.

With more than half of our players bigger & stronger, and with bigger & stronger rookies adding to the puzzle, the 'Boys can't help but put the big hurt on a lot more teams than they did last year.

I predict the Cowboys will go 12-4, and make it at least to the NFC Championship game.
