89 here, but part of that is because I'm already 60. I have a head start!

It's amazing that changing the exercise from walks 30 min a day to vigorous excercise only gets you one year more. So does changing from "ups and downs" to looking at stress as a positive influence. But I could get 3 more years by eating more fruits and veggies!

Will someone pass the pea salad please?
