http://www.espn1033.com/

should be stream on site somwhere.
But I still don't know what any team saw Thursday night that would have made them comfortable with waiting a round or two for the offensive lineman they wanted. ---Todd McShay
We just converted half our LB to DL. We have a 30m starting DL, it better be pretty friggin good.

Not much, but its gonna be a slow day.

Lost 13 pounds between first and second mini-camps.
Knows from the mini-camps that he can play at this level.
Sound like a good guy(good natured)....
3-4,4-3 both will be used to show teams different looks....

I think Spears may well wind up being my favorite current Cowboy next to Roy. I love his attitude and I just have this feeling that he is going to kick some major tail in the NFL. Can't wait to see him on the field!

Spears is going to be a star.

He's exactly the kind of player Parcells wants, both physically and pshycologically.

He's a brute. He may be the most physical DE the Cowboys have ever had and is as close to Reggie White that I've ever seen.

Just watch this guy... he's going to be a force from day one.

Yep, I agree, should be one fine player if he stays healthy...

Wow, could you imagine if Spears turns out to be the next Reggie and Ware turns out to be the next LT. Could you imagine the nightmares that would create for opposing offenses!?!? I know...I Know...I'm geting waaaay ahead of myself, but it's fun to dream about!

If you have a dream make it a big and good one.

I like this one. Fine by me.
Did you know there are only 5000 Snow Leopards in the wild now and they are confined to Central Asia? However, the effective global population (those likely to reproduce) is less than half that number.

Both coming off the same edge of the formation.

Teams will employ the old sprint away play. :jints: :iggles:

Yes he is, AF...

Spears strikes me as one of those guys for whom the game might have been too easy at the college level -- that does happen. And then defenses focused so much attention on him, they were able to slow him down at times, but that's not uncommon. Some of the best defensive linemen that have come out the last few years haven't had great stats their final college year, but they shine in the NFL playing next to other good players.

I've been wanting us to take a truly talented defensive lineman for a long time now... I still can't believe we got Spears at 20!

Let's take this wonderful dream a step further. Both Spears and Ware coming off the edge making the opposing team employ rollouts away from the pressure, only to have a blitzing Roy Williams and a rangey, big hitting LB in Kevin Burnett blasting through to blow up the play before it has a chance to develop.

And let's not forget how good Dat Nguyen can be when he has players in front of him. Also, I expect BIG things this year, and for years to come from #56.... Mr. Bradie James.

I truly believe that before Bill Parcells leaves, and even after he is gone that the Cowboys will have one of the scariest defenses around. I have this gut feeling that Parcells will have the Cowboys playing much like his former dominating defense that he built with the NY Giants back in the late 80's.

DESTINATION... END ZONE!!!
