Larry Allen rumored to participate in practice today...
According to Norm.

Does this mean he's going to roll around on the ground with a beach ball during practice, or is he going to actually take part in the team drills?

Ironic part is Larry Allen probably does toss that medicine ball around like a "beach ball".

Whats with these espn idiots? This guy on now is saying Larry Allen is out of shape and chubby. Did they not see him, and what the guy looks like. The guy looks in hell of a good shape. Even Jerry was on all the local sport sundays shows saying he benched 700 pounds, and know don't tell me he's done that before bc the answer to that is No he hasnt. I remember hearing him bench press 500 pounds back in the glory days by no means never 700. I can't wait to see Larry Allen "Pankcake" D-Linemen, and whoever challenges him on the line again lol.

For the morning practice, at least, he's still in shorts and a shirt working on the side. Maybe he'll be out there this afternoon.

Actually, LA has benched over 700 lbs before. It was widely talked about (a couple of years ago, I believe) during the training camp when he did it. The were saying he could be a world class lifter if he put his mind to it. Anyone else remember that?

I agree these local ESPN guys today are acting like idiots. If it weren't for them talking Cowboys, the guy would have made me turn this off a long time ago.

Larry Allen benched 700 lbs about three years ago...if he did it again today or yesterday that is still impressive. There is no question about his physical strength. Apparently at issue is his conditioning.
