Has Witten reached "elite” status?

It seems to me he has been almost invisible on purpose by BP. This kid will hopefully be a special player for a long time in a Cowboy uniform. I do not think we will see or hear much about Jason until the games count. Next week I expect him on the first two drives and to have maybe 3 catches. Not much. When the lights come on for a real game, look out.

I think that the league already knows about him.

I think he plays the entire 1st half.

Remember, as pre-season goes along, they usually play the starters a little bit longer each game.
