Mr Petitti...tell you son, we all watched him very closely last night and he did a great job.

I'm sure it doesn't surprise you but for us, to see a rookie step in and do as well as he has, is not only surprising but very exciting.

Send our best.

Thanks.
RIP Santiago

Thanks Pittdawg. You have a real man as a son you should be proud. We are all pulling for him big time.

This is a team who is battling several major injuries to
key players including Pro Bowl talents like Lee, Austin, Jenkins, Murray,
Carter and Ratliff. Other key starters missing include Costa, Smith, Church and
Coleman. That is 11 key players - that's half the starting lineup. Yet we still went 8-8.

it's always encouraging to see a rook with that kinda intestinal fortitude.

rob seems to be the kinda player that will sell-out for the team. the anti-jacob rogers.

i'm sure parcells has noticed.

rob is prolly gonna be a line stalwart and i look forward to his having a solid career as a dallas cowboy.

nice genes, pittdawg.

Default this deserved a Sticky

Thank you Pittdawg for the update, and thank your son for all of us. There has been nothing but wailing and gnashing of teeth throughout the organization concerning the RT spot. If that position failed us, much as CB did last season, it would have been a major blow to our chances of success.
To know on a slightly personal level (thanks to your presence) what Rob is going thru to put our fears to rest makes me proud of him as well. If Parcells is looking for players he can depend on in crunch time - who have the will and discipline to be champions - then we'll enjoy watching Rob play for hopefully many years.
p.s. you'll tell us how impressive those Super Bowl rings really look, won't you? even slip it on real quick, so we can hear how that might feel...

he made one comment i find interesting. he believes alot of players are playing through injury and the team is developing real mental toughness. time will tell if that has any effect as the season unfolds.

thanks for all the well wishes, you fans have been unbelivable.
pittdawg, thanks for the great "inside information" reports.........I look forward to any news you have. Keep it coming and thanks!

Young guy sounds better than "Kid." Alot of folks on here refer to the players as kids and I refuse to do so under the pre-text that they're young men.

BTW, I have given the young guys a chance and it's not worth the headache.
Thank you to all donated to the Jason Witten Camp drive!

Yes, thanks for the personal update Pittdawg!
I hope he recovers soon!

It will be interesting to see how Parcells handles these injuries...

Tucker should see alot of PT at RT but Vollers also has a broken wrist...

We don't want the starters to see too much action on thurs...

But Rivera needs the work, Spears needs PT...Canty needs more work...

Will Berry-O make the team and if so how will we handle that injury as well...

At least we have alot of time before the first game...

Mr.. Petitti it is so refreshing to see a young player like Rob come in and act like a grizzled vet. I'm sure his perseverance is an inspiration to his teammates. This is no doubt a direct result of the mentoring you've given him over the years.
