False start was on LA I think.

But it will make the passing game more effective when we do throw the ball, I look for Dallas to run a lot of play-action with the way we are able to run the football

I have to agree to with this. I think it was very important for the two of them to play together in this final preseason game. Having Rivera back makes me a little more comfortable with the rookie starting. I also liked his attitude when he said he came here to play not just make the team.

It looks like we got amazingly lucky on Petitti. I really think the team was planning on Rogers starting at RT this year, and when he flamed out, the position went from iffy to a massive hole. This was a position that could have plagued us all year, but now I think Rob is going to do a fine job this year, and in time will turn RT into an outright strength.

If you think about it, it's really fortunate that Rogers got hurt so early in camp. If he'd gotten hurt, say, last week, there's no way Petitti would have gotten enough work to be ready for the season. And I have to give Parcells credit for recognizing Rob's talent and giving him the majority of the reps on the right side so that he would have a chance to get to this point.

Didn't Phoenix-Talon predict we'd lose our meaningless preseason game and that they would win there's?
