Pieces are coming into place =)
This is just a fluff topic.
After Bill Parcells retires, the pieces are in place or entering place to get our 3 main coaches back together again =).
Jimmy Johnson is simply broadcasting and on vacation all week long.
Dave Wannstedt is the head coach at pittsburgh.
Norv Turner is on his way out of Oakland....
2008, here we come....
I'm sorry I had to.
In the final two months of 2011, Romo’s passer rating was 115.9.

I will never move on from Jimmy.
That's still the one thing I can never forgive Jerry for. Could have won 4 in a row.
I'd love to have Jimmy back, and after watching Gibbs come back to the Skins, all I can say is never say never.

I keep saying this, but everyone keeps blaming only Jerry for Jimmy leaving. Jerry was insisting on Jimmy signing a long-term contract to keep him in Dallas. Jimmy wouldn't sign it. I read this somewhere, ten years ago, but I can't remember where it was. It was probably on the internet, so it HAS to be true.
Yes, there were problems between the two egomainiacs and, yes, Jerry shouldn't have been so jealous of Jimmy getting most of the credit. But it was not all Jerry's fault that Jimmy left.

TruBluCowboy imagine it.
I simply would like to think that if we got those three back somehow, that we could some how continue where we left off.
P.S. We could have won more than 4 in a row... Somethings hurt us much more than the salary cap.
#1 Bad drafting
#2 VERY bad coaching choices.
For example, I don't want to stress on this though. Had we drafted Randy Moss instead of Greg Ellis.
MAYBE just maybe Michael Irvin doesn't get injured.
Our offense would have never fallen apart either way. Randy Moss would have been for us what T.O. was for the 49ers had after Rice.
He would have decreased pressure that was on the oline too.
We also don't spend the two first round draft picks on Joey Galloway.
The drafting quite frankly would have just been better.

Leon, I blame both of them. But it was really Jerry's responsibiltiy to keep Jimmy here.
Since they've reconciled I won't dismiss the idea of Jimmy being our next coach.

But it did take Jerry about 10 years to realize that Jimmy got the credit for a reason.

They both drove each other way. It wasn't like it was one-sided.
Is there any reward for good other than good?

When teams like Houston were looking for coaches and contacted the Cowboys.....Jimmy asked "what about me".
If your head coach was looking to leave even before the dreaded " I can win with 100 coaches" spew that came out of Jerry's mouth......then I don't want a coach like that.
They both deserve blame.....Jerry always gets more of it......just like he has a rep of being a meddler.........Jerry always has been a GM....still is today.....Is he any good?....thats another story....but as a owner....I wouldn't take any other.
John 16:22 And ye therefore now have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no one taketh away from you.

So your saying Parcells is a better talent evaluator than jerry? Wow imagine that!
Now we'll see if he can coach. The reviews are mixed so far

He can coach -

Jimmy Johnson had nothing to do with us not winning more in a row
We had the talent and that eventually was our demise. The year after we won our second superbowl free-agency started and we lost alot of our depth. Jimmy was good coach, but if he was great like evryone makes him out to be why didn't he win in miami.
