Default 19 Days Folks, 19 days...

Just 19 days and camp gets started. Sorry, but I am so chomping at the bit for any Cowboys news that isn't speculation that I just had to post it. But hey, 19 more days is better than 90.

I'm also waiting for camp to begin, at least we'll begin to get an idea of what some of these new guys can do once the pads are on.

Default Oxnard advice

Any of you attended camp at the 'Ox? I'm going with a friend who lives in the area, but I have no star on my helmet and know almost nothing other than what's on the general DC.com site.

Any pointers from you vets? Running into players, collecting autographs, the like?
When asked whether Jason Garrett is the right head coach for this team: "I don't think there is anyone else that could. I think he is an unbelievable coach. We've responded to him and he has made us better football players, better people. If you watch us I think we play with a certain relentless spirit." --Sean Lee

I wonder if Dale is gonna be at Training Camp this year? We need SOMEONE to keep us updated on what's going on.

From what I have been told...he will be there....which is good stuff for us unlucky fans who can not be there.

His reports to this board the last few years have been great IMO.

I went to practice one day the last time they were in Oxnard. There were two practice fields side by side. The nearest one had stands and standing room behind the 4' fence next to the field. Some of they players and Jerry Jones came up to the fence and signed autographs after the morning practice. In the afternoon they practiced mainly on the far field so it wasn't nearly as easy to see. The far field abuts a golf course if I remember correctly.

As I said, I was only there for one day so things could have been different most of the time. I enjoyed being there and plan to go back this year.

I saw some people on another Cowboy board who were going, and they were going to do some updating, so i'm sure those'll end up over here one way or another too.

I cannot wait!

Looks to me like Dutton is taking a dump on Jaws after way-laying him. Hey when ya gotta go, you gotta go. A case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time for Jaws.
