Where are our Eagle buddies?
Funny how most of us on this board kinda predicted an Eagle meltdown this year, but all of our so called Eagle friends that frequented this board in the preseason and some of the begining of this season..................are no where to be found now! I'm not trying to stir things up, its just odd how they have all dissapeared.

One was the Good Hunting guy Pheonix-Talon. I haven't seen him post in awhile. When it comes to opposing fans posting on this board I have noticed SkinsandTerps. Guy just talks football without the smack no matter win or lose. Guys like that are always fun to discuss things with.
So props to him.

I don't mind intelligent football talk from other fans either. But don't act like everything is sunshine when your team is winning, posting at will, and when they are losing.......vanish. I don't post anywhere but here, surely not at an opposing teams site. So it kinda puts a sour taste in my mouth with some of these guys. |

Well, what has an Iggles fan got to say? We want Faurve? TO for President? Them Broncos got lucky? I 'spect they are a little down right now. |

My point exactly. Dont come round here spreading sunshine when the Eagles are doing well, then not even show up to talk football when they lose. |

They aren't here because they have blown it for the last 4 years and they have no Lombardi trophy to show for it. Their dominance is done in the NFC East. It is amazing that it hasn't occured sooner.

It was more than that. Not only were they doing well but we were doing really bad. So basically they were rubbing our faces in it. |

Phoenix-Talon comes around and takes his licks, but the AJM eternal optimist guy is no where to be found. Yeah, it's frustrating when the fans drop in when they're good and disappear when they're bad, but it's a good sign now. If the Eagles were a great team with some bad luck, they'd still be here chirping. The reason they're not here is they know the end is nigh, this Eagles team crested last year and is in for a long, tough 3 to 4 rebuilding years.

I didn't know we could use the words Eagle and Buddy in the same sentence. Maybe they are starting to realize that they will have to look at this  for at least another year?.... |
