It's because the only time they use more than 2 WR's is when they fall behind. IMO they are using his cap space to build a defense. Their offense is a great cold weather offense. They need to add the defensive pieces so Crennel (I wish he didnt take Carthon) a BP disciple can mold the Browns defense similar to ours or the Pats. I still think he will latch on with a team like NO or Oakland next year if they dont resign him.

Hell no! Goodbye and good riddance to bad rubbish! Let's develop young talent that will work with the coaching staff and quit trying to mold rejects who think they know it all.

Your right about never say never. I'm saying if it were my call to make I would say No to bringing Bryant back. I would also say No to TO. I think chemistry is critical for a team and the last thing we need to someone bone head undermining the team for their own selfish reasons. I’ll always believe that football is the ultimate team sport so I want team players. I’ll take a guy with a little less talent who will give his all for the team before I would risk losing an entire team on the action of 1 player.

Sounds splendid. Perhaps we can re-sign Quincy Carter to throw him the football as well. Can we re-sign Troy Hambrick as well? Mario Edwards needs a job.

the autographed card I had of his has been thrown away. Bryant has no future here, unless he were to bow down to Parcells and admit how wrong he was, which isnt happening.

Even if he did that why would we want a guy who is just not a great receiver.

He drops balls. Takes stupid penalties. And produces his best in garbage time.

Yeah. I want him.

If you want to bring a guy in with an attitude it might as well be Terrell Owens NOT Bryant.

TO gets YAC, RAC, 1st Downs, TD's...

When AB's career is over he will have been known as one of those guys who never fulfilled his potential.

What a difference a player(or two) makes...

Keyshawn - Galloway worked out for both teams.

Bryant - Morgan = didnt.

Some people are late bloomers emotionally and don't reach a productive state of maturity until later in life - like in their late '20s or 30s.
However, by all accounts Bryant is a highly intelligent fellow (remember the story about how his Mom has a room filled with academic trophies he won when he was younger?) and he should be smart enough to realize if he would "grow up" he could have a very productive and lucrative career as a pro football player.
I am thinking Bryant may be one of those people that doesn't grow up in time.

From what I've read about him this year, the main problem seems to be dropping the ball. I haven't anything about his attitude creating any real problems, but it does seem like he's dropped an unnacceptable number of balls.

I loved the guy when we he was here and I still the think the light could turn on. If I were Cleveland, I'd resign him to a reasonable contract (if he doesn't accept it than they could look elsewhere) and let him battle it out for the #2 spot.
