Default We may have lost anyway

Even if last nights game meant a "win and we were in" I can honestly say that I dont think we could have won it. The team clearly wanted to win that game last night and couldnt.

I agree, if you can not muster enough effort to when when pride is all that matters, what on earth would you have done if the season was on the line? The same thine you did last night, Get the snot kicked out of you!!!!!!!!

No I completely disagree, Dallas was a superior team playing at home and some players clearly packed it in after the deflating loss by the Eagles. There's no doubt in my mind the Cowboys would have won the game if it meant anything.

We would have played a different game if we had a chance to get into the playoffs with a win. I hate to say it but it looked like some players mailed it in when they knew they had nothin much to play for.

Our defense came to play. Our offensive line did not.

Excuses, smexuses.

Frankly-compared to previous Tuna teams, this team hardly has any leadership on the field and in the locker room. You saw the lack of it in the Gints and Skins games.

I disagree, i said to myself before the game, that if we were elimanated that we were going to lose. I was surpised to see it 10-10 in the 3rd quarter. When you get your hopes dashed like the cowboys did it's really hard to go out and play the absolute best you can.

Agree this team doesn't have the necessary leadership & combine with poor play by some of the players spells trouble. And it is not going to get any better if Ellis goes along with Glover. I'm prepared to part with Glover only cause of the cap hit; but really wanted Ellis back to spell Canty. I like rotating our DL. What can we get in the way of picks for either?

i admit that they were playing uninspired but i still doubt they could have won the game.
the rams played us the way everybody else learned to, except the panthers: stop the running game and pressure Bledsoe. why we can't make teams pay for all the 8 men in the box, i'll never know. the cowboys are the only team where every play looks like a jailbreak thru the line, and can't run a screen pass worth a damn. god almighty, high schoolers can run a screen!

And?

So what, the goal is to get into the Tournament.

Of course this is Black Monday, so I expect all the excuses to start piling up...
