NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO thank you!
I heard the hype so i caught a few of his games this year....he was horrible against bad competition. totally unimpressed. wouldn't sign him as a undrafted FA
Still left to accomplish:
sign OT Winston or G Moore

No way he's a UDFA. He fought some injuries this year, I thought I read one was to his throwing shoulder. His SR year may have hurt his stock, but sliding down and still having the 13th best passer rating ain't bad.

I caught his games last year and this year, the only thing that hurt him was the injury to his shoulder. Somebody on draft day will happy as hell to get him.

I take Jacobs in the 2nd round and i don't even think twice about it.

Absolute steal there.

Did you see him light up Wisconsin in 2005 or OU in 2004? There's not a player on the team besides him worth drafting. He must have done something right.

Putting in as a rookie would be better than Henson and Romo.

As a rookie, an NFL qb coach could help with his mechanics, reads and anything else he needs full time. In college, you're only a part time football player.

this year he was injured most of the year. Check out his 2004 stats though:
4002 yards, 66.9% completions, 41 TDS!! and only 4 INTS!!! that is freakin amazing. I dont care what kind of competition he is playing, his team around him isnt good, and he still can have a 10:1 TD:INT ratio even though he threw for 4000+ yards. that is just sick.

He is a great decision maker, great size, great arm, and he can rush when he has to. I would love to get him in the 2nd. If he could have came out after 2004 season he would be a top 10 pick.

Bottom line Omar Jacobs is a better Pro prospect than either Henson or Romo.
