Either that or Mangold is the next Tom Nalen.

Dvoracek was beating people badly yesterday so it may be Mangold.

Watching this on the NFL Network, they're a few people that are impressing me.
Kameron (sp) Wimbley - 'Tweener, could easily be a Parcells type LB. One of the announcers compared him to a lesser Demarcus Ware. At 6'4 240lbs. showed extreme quickness beating one tackle around the end while keeping low to the ground.
Jesse Mahelona - The guy who has impressed me most. Could be a perfect fit in the Cowboys defense at 6'1 330lbs. He was one of the few bright spots on the Vols defense. Watching him play, he is just getting off each and every block. Not extremely quick, but you don't need that play NT. Even when he wasn't getting off blocks, he was eating up the lineman, putting him in the backfield. Only on one play I've seen he was handled. That's only because he lost his footing. Give me this guy in round 2.
Broderick Bunkley - Probably not someone we will look at, but he looks like a freakishly quick DT.
Garret Mills - Joe Gibbs would love this guy as an H-Back. At 6'6 he is a huge target at TE, but during the Senior Bowl he is getting work at FB. IIRC, he was among the nations leaders in receptions. If Dan Campbell decides to go elsewhere, he could be someone to look at down the line.
Eric Winston - I'm still wanting this guy at 18. He got beat a couple of times, but still pushed his man upfield keeping him away from the QB.

Fearless prediction:
DeAngelo Williams goes to the Niners at #6. I bet Nolan is salivating over him.

I'm gonna guess you didn't see the Vols much this year. Jesse stuck out a lot last year, but he wasn't head and shoulders above some other players on D this year. I think his stock dropped some this year. And he was 6-0 311 at the SR Bowl weigh in. I'm thinking he'd be better as a 4-3 guy....but maybe he can play NT here.

Well considering I live in Virginia and my local TV stations are based out of Tennessee, I got the chance to watch quite a few Tennessee games.
With a NT, you want a run-stopping guy who is short, compact and a bit on the heavy side. Case in point is Siragusa, Sam Adams, Grady Jackson, Gilbert Brown, etc.,

Credit goes to nfldraftcountdown.com where I got the info.

A bit smaller version of Casey Hampton. Now there's a guy I wouldn't mind having on our DL.

Well ok, so you saw guys like Simon, Haralson, Gaither, and Hall....all I bet get drafted. Allen was playing well too, until he got hurt. And that's just the SR's on the 2nd best run stopping D in college.
I know you generally want a shorter guy for a NT, but also a huge guy too. Now they say Jesse's 311, but he was listed at 297 by UT and he looked it to me. He looked like half the equation to me for a 34 NT, and with his quickness, he's a nice match for a 4-3 dt. Not saying he can't be a NT, but I think there's probably some better options.

It was either GBN or NFLDRAFTcountown that said Cowboys spent a lot of time with Gabe Watson after practice today.
All accounts so far have Watson tearing up the Senior Bowl.
