I worked out in same gym as Alonzo this past summer and he is still in football shape. Most people stay away from him in the gym because he is huge and has crazy eyes.

Even moreso after an episode a few years ago (after his playing days with Dallas) that he actually did have while on a plane. I believe he was distraught and telling everyone that the plane was going to crash, which caused an emergency landing, IIRC.

I went to the Austin Wranglers game last night and they played Spellman's team, the Las Vegas Gladiators. I saw someone named Spellman, but didn't think it was him because of the blonde hair. Then he faced the crowd without his helmet and I thought, "Holy Crap, that IS him!"

Scary.
