Just for FUN..
I guess this is fun, but to me I'd like to think that it's something realistic to prepare for.
Name me 5 players you would not be upset about, if when our pick came, the Cowboys announced 1 of these 5 names, and you wouldn't get upset about it.
I didn't use 17 names, because one of the guys you choose, could be drafted in front of us, so we'd had to name 4 possible players besides these below, that we would welcome and not be up set with.
You can't use any of the names in bold.
1) Reggie Bush
2) QB Jay Cutler
3) QB Matt Leinart
4) QB Vince Young
5) LB AJ Hawk
6) DE Mathias Kiwaunka
7) LB Chad Greenway
8) DT Haloti Ngata
9) RB Deangelo Williams
10) CB Tye Hill
11) DT Rod Wright
12) Mario Williams
My 5
1.- Jimmy Williams
2.- Bobby Carpenter
3.- Gabe Watson
4.- Manny Lawson
5.- Darryl Tapp
Those are my five - anyone other than those, unless one of those 12 slip, I would probably be upset about. But I'd support it...

Bobby Carpenter
Manny Lawson
Darryl Tapp
That Guard from USC (could never remember his name)
Marcus McNeal (I'd prefer we don't, but I wouldn't be upset if we got him).

I chose Scott over Marcus McNeil only because at the Senior Bowl he was long snapping. I also considered Ko Simpson.

Exchange Thomas Howard with Jimmy Williams and I would be OK...not that I think Howard is bad.
But Jimmy would give you a FS, also CB depth and for reasons you mentioned in scott (ST along with his own position)...as when you play for Frank Beamer you play Special teams.

I actually did amend my list. Jimmy is a good choice. My new #1 is even better.

Didn't even notice that The Brick wasn't on that list. He would definitely be my top choice if available.

Well I just took that Brick would be off the boards and therefore be on the that list and off limits to our choices.
I wonder how long before someone amends Their list

D'brickashaw of course, but he won't be there.
1) Jon Scott
2) Marcus McNeill (assuming his back checks out at the combine)
3) Bobby Carpenter
4) Manny Lawson
5) Mike Huff/Ko Simpson.

D'Brickashaw.
Jimmy Williams.
McNeil. - (Back O.K.)
Bobby Carpenter.
Michael Huff.
