Question about Julius
anyone hear if julius has been working hard this off season? i heard he was gonna build more strength in his lower body....anyone have any news about how hes looking?....need this guy big time this year...

He came into the season last year in great shape. If he can strengthen his shoulders and ankles enough, he should be able to make it through the season. His talent will take care of the rest.

Julius will be fine, dont worry...The injury last season was a pile on by a gay eagle......

He got rolled up from behind- no amount of conditioning, etc would make any difference for any player under those conditions. Any player in the league would have had the same injury.

One factor with field turf seems to be the ubiquitous high ankle sprain.

I had a high ankle sprain <ouch> and I think a girl one time gave me some ubiquitous but I can't be sure now

No doubt. Julius had a couple games when he showcased his talent and speed when the Oline had a decent day. The kid racked up damn near 1000 with that pathetic bunch "blocking" for him.
