Dat, Key, LA, Cambell. We have shaved some years off. This leaves Ellis, the Glenn brothers, Rivera, Fabini, Ferguson, Bledsoe and TO as the only cowboys 31 and over. The Hotel is 30.

Technically neither FUjita nor Cambell were starters. Boiman and Hannam will not be either. Starters: To for Key- 2 years;kosier for LA- 7 years; Ayedole for Dat- 4 years; Now Fabini for pettiti goes the other way- we add 7 years.

Well it's one thing to keep hanging on to aged guys when you're a really good team and are just hoping to milk another year or 2 out of it. It's another when you're wallowing in mediocrity. Then you might as well turn it over to some younger guys through FA or draft because theres at least hope that they'll improve as time goes on. To be quality back-ups if nothing else.

Glover and Allen and Key and Dat and Campbell were not going to get any better. And unlike a TO (even though he happens be on the wrong side of 30), none of those guys were anywhere close to the best players at their positions in the league.

In a 4-3 Glover was a top 5 DT. BUt in the 3-4 he was too small for NT and not quite quick enough for DE.

Redo the math here. Scott Fuijta will be 27 in one month on April 28th, he is not 24 years old.
