I'll be shocked if we end up staying at 18. I think Parcells will do his very best to trade down, and that's why when I see recent versions of the mock draft "still" having us picking at 18, I just find it hard to a give that particular mock draft much credibility. If there are mock drafts out there that show us trading down and picking lower, I would like to see them. At this late point in the pre-draft publicity, I'm surprised that I havent' seen at least one mock draft showing us trading down and picking lower. If there is a, or some mock drafts out there which indicate us trading down, I've missed them, but as of yet, I havent' seen any.

Ugghhh, what an awful Mock. If we pass on Lawson, Carpenter, Williams AND Ngata for Whitner, I will be pissed!

This must be one of those joke mocks.

Still say we will not take a FS on day 1, unless ALL the guys we like elsewhere are gone.

If we stay at 18, it will be a OLB or CB

I can see the Cowboys sliding way to the bottom of the draft or moving completely out the 1st round to gain more pics for the future (a number 1 for next year) or just to add more pics to this years draft!

ourlads has been out of touch for years. We (my dad and I) actually know the major contributor of that rag and I can honestly say...most on this board are more equipped to do a mock than he is.

No way Allen is top ten. Ngata will not fall out of the top half of the round.

Why are people so quick to see us draft a DB? On many many mocks they have us doing it. T-new and Henry and better than anyone coming out. The FS position is not a position of strenght but we are OK.

I guess they want us to "waste" that pick so "their" team can draft who they really want.

It better be an OLB ---- or Bunkly/Ngata/Justice --- and that is it. No other options what-so-ever. None. Nada. Or I'll drive to Dallas and stretch Jerry's face untill he looks like an undeveloped clone.

Worst mock ever.
Captain Nathan Brittles: "Only the man who commands can be blamed. It rests on me... mission failure!"

"Jerry Jones is a billionaire fan who bought his own team for the express purpose of buying his way into the game. He wants to hang out with the players, stand in front of the cameras, be the face of the team (yech), make personnel moves as if this were a video game, and more than anything else, be seen as the guy who made it all happen."

FS in 3rd if one we like is there (but isn't this statement true for all rounds).
Agree LB #1, doubt we take a CB day one, again, unless someone falls to us that we can't pass on.

#1. LB, #2 OT, #3 FS is my thoughts.
