Skinny: He is a falling prospect after a subpar 40-time. He carries an starting grade on the corner with further upside as a playmaker. He can fill a few roles early, especially as the nickel corner and punt returner. He is a top-100 prospect with the ability to contribute early.

Sounds like someone who needs to have the play be in front of him. May make a good project as a FS. lack of height and 40 time a concern, however.
