Default Monday Morning TC Session 31st July

Camp seemed to take on a slightly more subdued atmosphere. This may have been because most of the action took place on the far side of the facility.

Observations:

1 Watkins is very sluggish over the 1st couple of yards, but once going covers a lot of ground very quickly.
2 Anthony Henry covered the receivers well, including TO.
3 justin Beriault was very smooth when running through all drillls.
4 Vontrel Jamison was owned by Dennis Rowland - who has not been impressive in other sessions.
5 Jason Hatcher has had some impressive practices, but in the 1-1 drills he was manhandled - but couldn't make out who by (not an expected starter).
6 TO took it to the house again.
7 Crayton had a fantastic diving catch.
8 Thomas Johnson collapsed Al Johnson backwards on one play.
9 Another brief altercation took place on the far side. i couldn't make out who between, Colombo was involved (again) when things cleared up!
10 The Kickers took turns at various distances. Both Suisham and Vandy appeared much bettr than in previous sessions.
11 Those two were joined by #3 who I believe was: Tyler Fredrickson. 6-3 220lbs. He allegedly may be kept around for kickoffs, but can also punt. he looked smooth.
12 There were 2 or 3 children running about on the practice field today, I assume they may be from the Jones family, but that's just speculation! They seemed to be enjoying themselves and were one of the few people who paid any interest in the kickers!!

Justin Beriault looked very fluid in drills.

Roy and the D looking relaxed

Greg talking with Zimmer

The kickers and punters hanging out with La Doucer. all seeming oblivious to the rest of the team training! Normal practice!

Ryan Fowler signing autographs.

Beriault looks bigger than he did last year (taller even). hopefully his head is ok. i'd hate to see him miss any more time to injury. i still think he was our best coverage safety in camp and preseason last year.

Really nice pics and thanks for the info on the players. I am interested in Watkins and how he progresses.

LOL, I was looking thru the pictures and a co-worker walked in...

She pointed out that Roy Williams has a fat ***.

And now, she doesn't want me to submit this post..

In years past, it was for when the defense ran drills on their own. Since they have the same colored jerseys, the colored stockings are placed on their helmets to signify that they are playing the roles of offensive players.
