Default It's "haircut day" today!

(Remember the pictures of Petitti last year?)

Also from the DMN blog:

• Be on the lookout for some great pics of the rookie offensive linemen. In what has become a Camp Parcells ritual, several of the veterans shaved the heads of players such as rookie offensive tackle Pat McQuistan.

And if you've seen McQuistan's shoulder-length red hair, you know how much of a loss he's experiencing. My sources have revealed that he'll be throwing down an awful look this afternoon. Our Pulitzer-winning photographer, Irwin Thompson, will be all over this developing story.

Say it ain't so.

McQuistan's new nickname: Samson.

Might as well go ahead and cut him.

Any chance our OL has the same pull with LBs and can clip Carpenter's long hair. He and McQuistan could then be twins. Ha. BTW: I love the nickname of Samson for McQuistan.

Hey Pittdawg--Did Rob "assist" with some of the barbershop services? Ya gotta think he loved being on the giving end this year & not the receiving end!

I hope they don't.

Carpenter said that the Ohio St. Lbers grew their hair in honor of Pat Tillman and his service to this country.

I really like that about Carpenter.

I hope they don't cut off that tribute.

i'd have to find another way to be "initiated" as my hair would be 'off limits' to this.

I liked Carp's hair. Reminded me of Dan Campbell.

~sigh~ only a matter of time before they got the rooks.
Thank you to all donated to the Jason Witten Camp drive!

Its only a matter of time until they get to Carpenter. I saw some pics and I was stunned he has kept it this long.

When we did the Hard Knocks thing they gave the rookie olinemen the choice of their hair or eyebrows. Tyson Walter wouldn't let them cut his hair because he didn't have much of it left

Good thing I got the long-haired version of Big Ugly in my avatar before the shearing occurred.
