if this is true, then that's bad news for the skins. Any injury dealing with a knee ligament isn't good, especially an ACL.

The Eagles are starting to get hurt. If the Skins lose Jansen and Arrington, things are starting to look bad for them. We just might win this division be default if we can stay healthy.

Redskins: Arrington and Barrow remain out
by Fanball Staff - Fanball.com Thursday, August 19, 2004 News Redskins linebackers LaVar Arrington and Mike Barrow remained sidelined on Wednesday, the Washington Post reported. Arrington missed his second straight day due to a sore knee, but he is expected to play in the preseason game on Saturday. Barrow is battling tendonitis in his knee and will likely miss his third straight preseason outing. Views We're definitely not worried about Arrington, and we have some confidence that the Redskins will have Barrow ready for the regular season. The worry is that Arrington, Barrow, and fellow starter Marcus Washington won't get enough reps together prior to the opening bell. This quality linebacker crew may not jell until a few games into the regular season. |
